Ronald Finley had a dream to open his own business. In April of 1988, Finley Ron-San Products, Inc. was born. The company address was at 367 W. Moreland Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691. Ron Finley sold and installed modular offices, storage systems, racks, mezzanines, Unistrut & Flex-Strut Metal Framing, WireCrafter Wire Mesh Products and other material handling products throughout Ohio.
Ron-San Products, Inc. had sold and installed mezzanines, offices, racks, etc. for LuK, Inc. in Wooster, Ohio. As the Manufacturing Engineer for Stamping at LuK, I first met Ron around 1996. I contacted him for a modular building with a controlled atmosphere for a new CMM that I purchased for the Stamping Department. His knowledge and personality sold me. From that time on, I worked on numerous projects with Ron.
In May of 2010, I approached Ron and offered to purchase Ron-San Products if he was ready to retire. Ron told me that he was and we shook hands to finalize the deal. That was the kind of man he was. My friendship and respect for him grew more and more. He worked with me and taught me the business that he loved so much. We continue to work together even after he sold the business to me over two years ago. In June I retired Ron-San Products, Inc. and re-named the business to Steinco Industrial Solutions, Inc.
